Talas Social House, located on Orgeneral Hulusi Akar Boulevard, is designed to serve in the social, cultural and sports field. The building's main entrance opens out onto the boulevard. The main floor contains shops in different sizes and are located on the facades facing the newly built green park area. On the basement floor a complex for sports fields is located. This floor contains two swimming pools of 11 m x 17 m, fitness areas, saunas and steam rooms. And on the first floor a library of 560 m² area of usage, a cafeteria and an open terrace area is located.
